Our Artisanal Process

1. Harvest

We hand-select only the most mature Blue Agaves from the highlands of Jalisco.

2. Cooking

We slowly cook the agave piñas in masonry ovens to release their natural sugars.

3. Distillation

We perform a double distillation in copper stills to purify and refine the tequila spirit.

4. Aging

We mature our Reposado and Añejo tequilas in white oak barrels to develop their unique character.
